Seated Massage) is a great way to get a 5, 10, or 20-minute massage to ease tense muscles in your upper body with no need for oils, creams, or lotions and no need to take your shirt off. It works perfectly for days when you are limited on time, but need some stress and/or muscle relief. It's also great for the office or gatherings. Give them a treat they will appreciate. Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
